The Author

CoachAfter having graduating from High School at the age of 17, Rasheed moved to the United States from Pakistan in Jan 1974. While he was attending college in Oklahoma, he worked for Pizza Hut during the summer of 1975 and was recruited into management. He went on to manage several “Huts”, taking each one to a higher level of performance and profitability, and was awarded the Manger of the Year award in 1981 for the South Chicago District.

Later on, he went on to established several businesses of his own, in some of which he was successful, and in others he failed, all the while learning lessons and gaining valuable life experiences. Currently he is semi-retired, enjoying life as a balloon artist, a blogger and a keynote speaker.

Rasheed has always tried to stand out by doing things remarkably and differently, and has adopted the self-proclained title of Mister Weirdo to reflect his non-traditional, non-conforming and out-of-the-ballpark life style.

While he was going through some serious transformative and self-evaluating period in his life, what most people would refer to as mid-life crisis, he decided to become the oldest person to climb the Mount Everest on his 75th Birthday. Yes, he is really weird, really.
